Approval Number
The Approval License is your guarantee that our premises follows rigorous regulations and guidelines; Has documented all its processes and procedures and can prove that these approved procedures are strictly adhered too at every stage of storage and processing.
Along with this we have strict HACCP procedures which details our working procedures at every stage. This also covers temperature control critical limits, environment, purchases, sales, collection by customer and delivery to customer. At every given stage our procedures are fully documented to allow anyone to have full insight of how our business works to protect our customers.
We also have full traceability of all our products from the customer all the way back to the supplier and in the case of fresh meat back to the farm and ultimately the cattle.
We receive emails from The Food Standards Agency of any recalled product. Even though 99% of these do not concern us we feel it is important to have a full knowledge of what is going on in the food industry not only with our business but with all food businesses. This enables us to take action should we need to to protect our customers.
We also have the Meat Hygiene Vets on site during all operating hours to ensure that we fully adhere to our due care and attention to food safety procedures.
With all this in place plus regular audits of all the above procedures it makes sense in this current climate to ensure you only buy from reputable approved suppliers. It is your guarantee, peace of mind and ultimately your business we are looking after.
