Carved from the lower end of the belly, this long, slender steak is similar to Flank Steak, but with deeper, more pronounced flavours.

Often called a butcher's cut, because we enjoy it so much we reserve it for our own delectation! The Wagyu grading only helps to enhance the flavour and texture with a fine, creamy marbling throughout the meat. Ultimately, it becomes much more tender than a standard alternative.

Best cooked over high heat on or under a grill, in a pan or on a barbecue. A TH Exclusive.
