How do you cook beef burgers on the BBQ?
For a perfectly barbecued burger, place on a high heat and grill for around 5 minutes on each side. Just before it’s cooked, top with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt into the burger for a few moments before serving.
Top Tip - Don’t press down on the burger whilst it’s grilling. Many people make this mistake and it ruins the burger. Pressing them causes the fat to drip out, leaving your burgers dry and lacking their flavour.
What do you add to burgers before grilling?
Our burgers for BBQs are already well seasoned and made with marbled beef for added flavour. But if you wish to add more, try some onion powder, garlic salt or a sprinkle of smoked paprika for a spicy kick.
