We stock a great variety of cuts for you on a regular basis including the extremely tender beef fillet. We also have more classic pieces, such as the beef burgers and mince that will rival other supermarket bought beef in terms of quality. If you are looking for some BBQ products, then the short ribs will be the one for you, with their sublime flavours and irresistible succulence. Outside of our mainstream options, we also stock the beef bavette the magnificent seaweed cured salt beef.

 These cuts of meat exhibit the magnificent characteristics of British beef, especially the tenderness. Our producers ensure their cows are reared in the natural, relaxing environment of the luscious green meadows of Britain, which means the cattle have a tranquil lifestyle that is crucial for ensuring the meat is tender time and time again.

 Each cut has different qualities and aspects that bring out its marvellous flavour, but with our British beef it is worth being cautious of the general pitfalls of grass-fed beef. Grass-fed finished beef results in lean beef rich in omega 3 and 6. However, when compared to the grain-fed counter-part, it has less fat protecting the beef during cooking. Ultimately this means caution must be taken so that the meat is not overcooked or cooked too quickly, leaving you with a dry, tough beef steak. When cooking grass-fed beef, treat it with care and you will have some tender succulent pieces of beef on your hands.

 The burgers and short ribs, coupled with a sticky sauce or dry rub, will make a great addition to any BBQ. Why not try experimenting with different cheeses in your cheeseburger, Brie or goats cheese compliment the beef perfectly. Alternatively, try braised short ribs, the key with this cut is to ensure you cook the meat long enough to absorb the flavours of the bone and become so tender that it’s almost falling away from the bone.

 Our beef mince are great in all those classic family recipes, including spaghetti bolognaise, chili con carne or cottage pie to name a few. Made with 100% British cuts, our mince has an abundance of delightful flavours and a stunning texture, only found at our quality butchers.

 The British bavette is a cut that has been cut from the bottom sirloin and therefore can be quite thin. It is often braised but is becoming more and more popular to use as a regular steak, which really takes advantage of its strong flavours and abundance of fat content.

 Our British beef fillet will be a perfect product for a beef wellington. Alternatively, you could use it for roasting with a good marinade, or mix things up and use it as a centrepiece in a salad. Outside of this, the fillet is a classic steak ideal for grilling or frying.

 Finally, the seaweed cured salt beef; this is a diverse cut that can accompany several daily meals with a salty intense flavour. The ultimate way to utilise this meat is in the classic New York deli sandwich, as it has a rich flavour and fine texture.
