Argentine Red Sauce & Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sherry wine vinegar or 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teasooon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container (up to 1 week)
