Sausage Gravy & Biscuits Recipe

Serves; 10-12 people



  1. Cook the sausages and onions and in skillet until cooked
  2. In seperate bowl, combine milk, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. When sausage/onion mixture is cooked, remove from the skillet and drain off any excess grease
  4. Return the pork sausages and onion mixture back to skillet
  5. Over a medium/low heat add flour gradually
  6. Coat sausage and cook until golden brown
  7. Bring up heat to medium
  8. Slowly stir in milk and sesoning mixture
  9. Cook gravy until it reaches your desired thickness, remeber to stir regularly
  10. Cook biscuits according to packet directions
  11. Serve gravy over biscuits
