Jamaican Chicken 



1.5Kg Tom Hixson Corn Fed Chicken Thighs

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1.2 teaspoon ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper



Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, dried thyme, ground allspice, salt, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and ground black pepper in a small bowl. 

Rub spice mixture evenly all over the chicken

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

Coat pan with cooking spray

Add chicken thighs to skillet and cook for 5minutes on each side or until done.
