Recipe For Beer Braised Short Ribs Of Beef

This is a lovely Sunday roast recipe. The beer creates a beautifully tangy taste and rounds it off really nicely. We would recommend having it with a nice burger bun and plenty of coleslaw to counter the sweetness of the beef. You can reheat this the next day and it put it in a lunch time sandwich. It tastes absolutely delicious and requires minimal effort.
