Mandy has vast experience creating delicious home cooked recipes and has a passion for food which is loved by all the family.  A strong emphasis behind her creations is also placed on the quality of the produce she uses.

The Japanese Larder

We have recently collaborated with Luiz Hara aka 'The London Foodie' to collaborate with him on his new book The Japanese Larder.  The book demystifies the best Japanese ingredients and cooking by introducing the home cook to a number of key Japanese ingredients and techniques that are easy to acquire and will transform everyday cooking. All meat was provided by Tom Hixson of Smithfield and here you will find our favourite delicious recipe from the book - Oven Roasted Picanha.
