The Snake River Farms whole ribeye is our most exclusive cut of beef in the range. Our product includes the entire ribeye which includes the cap and the intensely marbled interior eye. Referred to as a sub-primal cut, it has been expertly trimmed by our master butchers.

This highly prized cut is for those who want to create a truly wonderful dining experience, found only with the finest American Wagyu beef. Hand-cut into 2 or 3 inch ribeye steaks or roast the entire roll for a feast of epic proportions.

The beef Ribeye is carved from the fore rib of the cow, boasting an abundance of marbling resulting in rich flavours and juiciness. The Ribeye contains the highest amount of marbling when compared to the other prime cuts, allowing the intermuscular fats to render during cooking, releasing a depth of flavour and juiciness within the meat.
