Description
Breed: The smallest native breed of cattle in Britain & Ireland. In the recent decades there has been a resurgence in Dexter after being endangered in the 1930s. This was due to their ability to mature early feeding on grass and the impeccable eating quality of its neat, small cuts. Its revival has been heralded by chefs around the world, who admire its consistently high quality.

Diet: Gaze on luscious green pastures in Ireland. 100% Grass Fed.
