Description
An incomparable delicacy: tender as butter, endowed with a deliciously intense flavour and distinctive yellow marbling.

The best specimens are selected, which are representative of the fabulous flavour and tenderness that characterises Galician beef.

Cattle are fattened with 100% natural products (fresh pastures, forage, corn and barley). Freely roam in the Galician meadows, outdoors and without suffering the slightest stress.

Dry aged for at least 14 days, in order to achieve more tender, juicer and more powerful flavour.
