We are delighted to announce our BBQ meat box collaboration in association with The Heliot Steak House with Meatologist and Executive Chef Ioannis Grammenos. Chef Ioannis works closely with us to source the cuts served at The Heliot Steak House and has chosen his favourites to fill this special BBQ box.
That’s not all – to help you cook your meat box to perfection, Chef Ioannis has provided his expert cooking tips and serving suggestions for the best results. Oenophiles can take inspiration from wine pairing recommendations from Heliot Steak House’s Head of Wine and General Manager, Salvo Russo, who has recommended an Argento Pino Grigio or a Argento Rosé to serve with each cut.
