Our Tom Hixson Wagyu is sourced from a cross breed of Wagyu and Shorthorn cattle raised in the lush green pastures of Ireland. When crossed, the results are sublime, this combined with a stress-free lifestyle produces exceptional tasting beef!

These Tom Hixson Wagyu Sirloin steaks are marbled to perfection providing luscious textures and luxurious flavours. What makes this steak standout from the crowd, is the touch of sweetness it offers from the chocolate fed finish.This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during delivery process. Therefore we do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.

Our master butchers hand cut each ribeye joint into the perfect single steak, so you don't have to! These convenient steaks are ideal for steak night as they are quick and easy to prepare and deliver an abundance of mouth-watering flavours. This product is frozen. Tom Hixson Wagyu Burgers

Our Tom Hixson Wagyu Burgers deliver phenomenal mouth watering flavours and taste with every bite! Our wagyu burgers are made from prime cut trimmings and only require a dash of salt and pepper to enjoy all of the rich flavours that wagyu beef has to offer. One pack contains 6 x 150g (5oz) burgers. This product is frozen. It could begin to thaw out during delivery process. Therefore we do not advise refreezing it once you receive it.
