This Wagyu Tomahawk steak is produced in collaboration with our trusted Irish farming partners, whose knowledge combined with our own produces succulent and unique cuts of beef. Butchered from a Wagyu / Shorthorn cross, which has been reared stress-free on the lush, grassy pastures of Ireland, this wagyu tomahawk steak has a flavour profile synonymous with the Wagyu breed, with a unique chocolate feed finishing.Shorthorn cattle are renowned for producing marbled beef. As such, when they are crossed with Wagyu, the results are sublime, succulent cuts with beautiful marbling.
