Wild Rivers Purebred Wagyu is HGP-free, fed a carefully crafted grain ration for 350 days, and produces a guaranteed 8+ marble score for the distinguished palate. From breeding to cattle selection through to finishing and processing, you are assured complete traceability from our paddock to your plate.
