For quick and easy sausage rolls, first remove the sausage meat from the skin and season with your favourite herbs and spices. Lay out a sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade pastry both work well) and lay out on a floured surface. Add your sausage meat down the middle and wrap tightly with the pastry. Brush with egg wash and cook in the oven for 20 minuets.
