Once we have carefully sourced the finest produce we ensure, using our bespoke delivery service, your order arrives to you in perfect condition.

Product condition

A small number of our products are frozen. Frozen products are clearly labelled in the product description. Frozen products can begin to thaw out during the delivery process, especially during warmer times of year. If this has happened, we do not advise refreezing.

The majortiy of our range is fresh. If it is not stated in the product description that an item in frozen, it will be fresh. It will arrive to you chilled and is suitable for freezing.

The box

Our specially designed delivery boxes are made up of four critical components which make sure your produce reaches you just how it left us - completely fresh.


  1. Hydrated gel ice sheets – purposefully designed to guarantee your produce arrives cooled and as fresh as the day it was cut.
  2. Self-insulating silver lining – our state of art boxes are fitted with specialised silver lining which keeps your goods perfectly chilled for 72 hours.
  3. Bubble wrapping – your produce is enclosed within dense bubble wrap to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
  4. Layered box – 3 times the strength of ordinary models, our boxes are specifically designed to carry and protect your meat.

You can also limit waste by recycling or reusing all the sections of our boxes.    

The service

We delivery 6 days a week:

  • Order by midday Monday and the earliest delivery date is Wednesday
  • Order by midday Tuesday and the earliest delivery date is Thursday
  • Order by midday Wednesday and the earliest delivery date is Friday
  • Order by midday Thursday and the earliest delivery date is Saturday
  • Order from Thursday (pm) until Saturday (am) and the earliest delivery date is Monday
  • Order from Saturday (pm) until Sunday (am) and the earliest delivery date is Tuesday

Subject to availability of delivery slots and remote area delivery restrictions.

Remote Area Delivery Exceptions

In remote areas we cannot fulfil our freshness promise. 

As a result, we are unable to delivery to the following postcodes:
