Can you BBQ a joint of beef?

Yes, you can BBQ a joint of beef, just make sure you cook it thoroughly, around two to three hours should do it. Be sure to turn the meat occasionally and season well.

How long do you BBQ beef for?

For medium-rare, cook the steaks for around 4 minutes on each side or 6 minutes for medium.

What steak is good for BBQ?

Tomahawk steaks, T Bone, Ribeye and Cowboy steaks are all ideal for BBQing. Picanha steak and rump tail are also great choices, plus anything with good marbling, to ensure the meat stays moist whilst on the grill.
