We're happy to announce this month's steak club is a 2kg Rosendale Wagyu Sirloin.
This Sirloin strikes the perfect balance between deep flavour and tenderness. It has a generous fat cap that renders slowly as it cooks, enriching the natural marbling and making each bite rich and juicy. A subtle sweetness, thanks to the cattle’s distinctive chocolate-finish diet, rounds out the savoury depth beautifully.
Rosendale Wagyu is our own house brand, created from a 60-year family legacy in the meat trade and brought to life in partnership with trusted Irish farmers. Raised on the fertile pastures of the Wicklow Mountains, these F1 Wagyu cattle are carefully reared on a high-quality grain diet, with that unique chocolate finish.

By signing up to our subscription service, you will receive exclusive steaks delivered to your door on the first Wednesday of each month.
The sign-up deadline for your first steak subscription delivery is the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month. After that, your subscription order will be delivered on the first Wednesday of each month until you pause or cancel your subscription.
Alongside the delicious specialty steak, you will receive details on the provenance and expert chef cooking tips, so you can enjoy the full steak experience.
You will receive a range of exclusive steaks delivered to your door on the first Wednesday of each month, handpicked by our experts.
You’ll have total control over your steak subscription, with the ability to skip a month, pause and cancel whenever you like within your account.
