Perfectly cut from the hind section of the rump, this unique cut of this product make it adaptable to many different cooking techniques, whilst still adding the wow factor to any barbecue. Rarely seen in the UK, this cut of tri-tip beef is popular in South American barbeque culture.
Hereford cattle is famed for their high-quality and succulent beef, benefitting from their stress-free lifestyle and the dedication of our farming partners. This breed is able to fatten solely off grass- meaning all our cattle is 100% grass fed, packing the beef with extra flavour and nutrients.
